Jim Giuffra's(AFT Customs) "ER HED" won the Metric World Champion at the 2008 AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building in Sturgis, South Dakota.

Jim Giuffra's ER HED takes the Best of Show award at the 2008 LA Calendar Motorcycle Show. The 17th annual show featured the best builders of American and V-Twin Customs, Performance Street, and Sport Bike machines. ER HED(Air Head) not only won Best of Show, but was the first ever Metric to win in the 17 year history of the show.

AFT Customs "ER HED" (Air Head) motorcycle poster shoot was photographed on location at the Sutter Creek Gold Mine, Sutter Creek, California. 600 feet underground in the mine, photographer Mike Chase set up an intricate lighting system that provided synchronized strobe lights for more than a 100 feet down the mine tunnel. AFT models Kylie, Andrea, Elaina, Melanie, and Jeanine posed with the wild custom "ER HED" created by Jim Giuffra. In their spare time, Kylie, Andrea, Elaina, Melanie, and Jeanine perform tasks from assembly and engine work to detailing on the custom bikes.
