Craig Hosking's Upside Down Pitts S-2 "Double Take" / Abbotsford Airshow 1986

In 1984, Craig Hosking began building "Double Take" in secret. Double Take was a totally unique airshow act- something that the industry needed. The engine was converted to a totally dry sump for continuous inverted flight. His seat belt harness had an electric winch for the upside down take offs and landings. After wowing the crowds with the inverted take offs, aerobatics, and landings, Craig Hosking earned the Art Scholl Award for Showmanship by the International Council of Air Shows in 1988.

Royal Albanian Airshow Comedy Act- funny and irreverent!

The Royal Albanian Airshow Comedy act is probably the most irreverent and funny acts ever performed at airshows. Footage is from the Moffett 1988 airshow.

Jim LeRoy "the Bulldog" full flight / in memory of Jim

Jim LeRoy "the Bulldog" full flight is unedited footage to display the entire flight as a spectator would view it. Jim's ability to design and test maneuvers far exceeded most performers. His innovation and showmanship was one of his great attributes.

Sean D. Tucker tearing up the sky- wild flying at it's best!!!

Sean D. Tucker's ability to fly a 380hp Pitts past the definition of flight is unequalled. This performance from the California International Airshow in 1999 says it all! This is uncut and has a great narration track with Brian Norris calling the action. Also, a good example of my ability to run the 20 pound camera around the tripod. Enjoy!
