The rare Bell P-39 Airacobra taxis at the Chino show. It was really a treat seeing such a superbly restored P-39 arrive for the airshow.

The California Capital Airshow 2009 features the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds as the headliner with the weekends show including numerous military and civilian performances. Noteworthy bonuses this year are the F-22 Raptor, B-2 Spirit, and a second jet team, the Patriots. The amount of static displays spread across the ramp is enough to keep aviation enthusiasts walking around for the entire day!

Grumman warbirds were the theme for the Chino 2009 event. Before the flying events, the Grumman aircraft were positioned for aviation enthusiasts to view up close.
