The super-wide panorama lens is mounted on the glare shield above the instrument panel. This position, in combination with the super wide lens, has a view of the control stick. Seeing the control inputs really "punches up" the total effect.

Wayne Handley Turbo Raven Crash at Salinas Airshow in 1999

Wayne Handley's custom built Turbine Powered "Raven" experienced an engine malfunction. Below 1,000 feet, there is no option but to crash land.

It was a surprise to find snow on the trail. This is one tough group of riders. Check out the snow and shear cliff at the start of the ride! Ripping through snow, ice patches, mud, fallen trees, rock fields, monster boulders, and river washes- cool! At 9,400 ft., this ancient volcanic rim has an incredible view 360 degrees with Lake Tahoe visible to the north. The video is captured from a Viosport Adventure cam 3 and the rider is John Michael Breazeal. Wyatt, the Border Collie, keeps up with the riders but he cheats by cutting the corners!

Kevin Eldridge Bails out of the Super Corsair at the first annual Phoenix Air races. Notice he turns the plane away from the airshow crowd and points the plane at the ground before bailing out. You can bet his butt was getting really hot judging from the intense flames. The Super Corsair exploded upon impact, a sad loss. Kevin suffered major injuries exiting the aircraft, but he is fine today. Announcer is Sandy Sanders.
