Patriots Jet Team solo high speed pass low over the bay.
The 2010 San Francisco Fleet Week Airshow featured the US Navy Blue Angels, Patriots Jet Team, F-18F Super Hornet, F-16 Vipers, Sean D. Tucker, John Klatt, Tim Weber, USCG HH-64 rescue demonstration, USAF H-60 CSAR Combat Search & Rescue Helicopter demonstration, and United Airlines 747 low passes.
The 10-12 October, 2010 was again blessed with good fall weather. All performers put on an exciting show with hair raising low passes over the water, and the jets produced lots of vapor in turns and climbs. Sean D. Tucker performed impossible looking aerobatics in the new Challenger III biplane. Sean's negative "outside micro-loop" was so wild, the thousands of spectators yelled "WHOA" simultaneously. The United Airlines 747 did several low passes, turning tightly inside the bay- a beautiful sight. It was even getting vapor off the wings as it passed the Golden Gate Bridge! The 2010 show had two jet teams, keeping the crowd well entertained. With the clear blue skies and very light wind, the Patriots and Blue Angels were able to perform nice tight formation work and the solos kept it close.
