Corvette ZR1 LS9 620 Supercharged Horsepower / Sacramento International Auto Show 2008

The Corvette ZR1 dressed in Carbon Fiber. The ZR1 has the most powerful engine ever developed by Chevy for street use. The small block LS9 supercharged V-8 puts out a whopping 620 horsepower. All that power gets to the pavement through a new 6 speed gearbox and dual disc clutch. Top speed of the ZR1 is a blistering 205 mph!
The 2008 Sacramento International Auto Show is host to all major auto manufacturers. Exhibits go beyond production and prototype cars from the auto industry. For those that love the classic cars, the Towe Auto Museum has a superb variety from the early 1900s to the '60s. There are race cars, carts, motorcycles, scooters, and all the new GREEN machines. The event is sponsored by the Central Valley New Car Dealer Association.(CVNCDA) The profit from the show goes directly back to the community, of which education gets the largest share.
